Conference registration does include your transportation to and from the designated pick-up point in the hotel district and the conference meetings. Meals during conference activities are also included. Other transportation and meals as well as hotel accommodations are not included in the conference fee and are the responsibility of the participants.

HOME-STAY POSSIBILITY
Swedish educator Hans Forsberg is working with the Rotary International clubs in Nyköping to offer a home-stay option for the Youth World Conference. Home-stays give insight into Swedish culture and family life and may lead to lasting connections between hosts and guests. TRAVEL PACKAGE FROM US TO SWEDEN ($3459):
The ISC Tampa hub has made arrangements for travel from Tampa or from Washington, D.C. to Sweden through ACIS (American Council for International Studies). Any conference participants and family members traveling from the United States are welcome to use this package. Trip departs U.S. on Friday, April 16, and returns on Sunday, April 25, 2010.

Registration for travel with ACIS will require a $495 deposit on the travel package. The balance is due Dec. 1, 2009. The balance may vary according to insurance preference and rooming requests. The total travel package price of $3459 (valid through 10-15-09) is based on double occupancy and includes transportation, many meals, sightseeing, basic insurance and much more. See below. Payments may be made on-line. Remember ISC registration fee for the conference is paid separately to ISC.
